Keep track of your firm's customers.



General information
Company information must include the company name, the city where the company is located, and a user-defined status code. Of course, there is room for the address, including the company's web site.

Phone numbers
Enter as many phone numbers as you need, and label them however you want. You decide which phone numbers are the most important in the list-the first two will always be in view in the top portion of the form.

Special instructions
Company-specific instructions will be carried forward to every job order opened for this company. If special instructions are also created for a company contact, both sets of instructions are carried forward.

Profile codes
The profile codes displayed for a company represent the skill requirements from all of the job orders opened for this company. Of course, additional codes may be added manually. By collecting the job order profiles at the company level, you can use the SkillTrack Search module to locate companies that hire for specific skill sets.

"Jump to" links for Contacts and Job Orders
See all of the contacts at this company, and all of the job orders ever opened. Use the "jump to" links to go to the corresponding record of the contacts and job orders forms to see the full information.

Candidates cross-reference
Associations can be made between candidates and companies to provide a quick-view of placements you have made. Of course, "jump to" links make it simple to get to the complete record of any candidate listed on this page.

Activities
Milestone events such as résumé submittal to a client, interview with a client, and the all-important placement with a client should be tracked via the SkillTrack Activities page. When viewed from the Companies form, you get a big-picture perspective on your activities with the company.

Follow-up history
Ongoing correspondence and rounds of telephone tag can be tracked on the Follow-up History page. As with Activities, the Follow-up History information is accessible from all of the Big Four forms.

Appointments
The Appointments page lets you set up appointments and other ticklers. All appointments are accessible from the Big Four forms; your own appointments can also be accessed via the My Appointments form. Ask SkillTrack to remind you of the appointment, and a notification will be presented at the time you ask.

Comments
SkillTrack offers the ability to add comments throughout the system, just where you need them most. This is a very powerful feature, allowing you to store remarks with the appropriate entity (candidate, company, contact, job order, special instructions, activity, appointment, follow-up history, and more). This compartmentalization makes retrieving pertinent remarks extremely efficient.
